Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour4 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp pepper
2 pounds bonelss skinless chicken breasts
¼ cup canola oil
Method
- In a large resealable bag, combine first 6 ingredients.
- Flatten chicken to ½ inch thickness then cut into 1 ½ inch pieces.
- Add chicken, a few pieces at a time to bag and shake to coat.
- In a large wok/ skillet, cook chicken in oil in batches for 6-8 minutes until meat is no longer pink.
