Ingredients
Slider buns1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
3 tbsp butter
½ cup hot sauce
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp white vinegar
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
Blud cheese spread:
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tbsp vinegar
3 chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add hot sauce, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. While you are waiting for the sauce to bubble, you can toast the buns.
- Add the shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
- Put all the spread ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste if it needs more seasoning.
- Spread the blue cheese on one side of the bun and add the chicken on top. Put the top of the bun and serve.
